NorthernLights Logistics LLP ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") is a Pune, Maharashtra based agricultural export business specializing in fresh vegetable exports, integrated cold chain storage, and farm-to-port logistics for international buyers.

Enquiries & quotations

Any product listing, pricing indication, or availability shown on this website is provided for general information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

• Quotations issued in response to an enquiry are valid for the period stated in the quotation, typically 7 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability, market conditions, and quantity ordered
• Final pricing, packaging, and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before an order is processed

Orders & payment

All orders are subject to written confirmation from NorthernLights Logistics LLP. Standard payment terms, including advance payment or letter of credit requirements, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and may vary by buyer, destination, and order size.

Product quality & specifications

We supply produce graded and packed to the specifications agreed at the time of order. As agricultural products are subject to natural variation:

• Minor variances in size, color, or appearance within the agreed grade are considered normal and not a defect
• Shelf life estimates provided on this website are indicative and depend on storage and handling conditions after delivery
• Any quality concerns must be raised in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence

Shipping & delivery

Transit times listed on this website are estimates based on standard shipping schedules and are not guaranteed. NorthernLights Logistics LLP is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, port congestion, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Export documentation

We provide standard export documentation including APEDA registration details, phytosanitary certificates, and customs paperwork for each shipment. Buyers are responsible for confirming import requirements and obtaining any additional documentation required by their country's customs authority.

Cancellations

Orders confirmed and in production or transit cannot be cancelled. Enquiries and unconfirmed quotations may be withdrawn at any time without penalty.

Limitation of liability

NorthernLights Logistics LLP's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied under that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, quality disputes, or shipping issues beyond our direct control.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions with NorthernLights Logistics LLP shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
